- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, around 2-3 minutes.
- Scrape the mixture into a lined dish or container, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, or until the fudge is set and firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy.
Notes
For best results, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. You can also freeze for up to 2 months.
