Preparation
- Line a serving or cutting board with parchment paper.
- Smear the softened butter onto the parchment in a presentable manner.
- If using unsalted butter, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top.
- Add dollops of apricot and cranberry jams around the board.
- Drizzle hot honey over the jams.
- Scatter the crushed hazelnuts over the board.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
- Serve with fresh bread and butter knives for guests to enjoy.
Notes
Allow the butter to soften for about 30 minutes for easier spreading. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in plastic in the fridge.
