Ingredients

Meats
  • 6 pieces salami Look for high-quality cured salami; brands like Boar’s Head are excellent choices.
  • 1 piece prosciutto Folded into quarters for an elegant touch.
Cheeses
  • 0.5 small brie, cut in triangles Choose a creamy brie that’s at room temperature for easy slicing.
  • 1 piece merlot cheese A delightful blend of wine and cheese for a sophisticated touch.
  • 1 piece cranberry cheese This sweet cheese adds a unique festive flavor; try the popular Red Cedar brand.
Fruits & Nuts
  • 1 jar Medjool dates Sweet, chewy, and perfect for balancing the savory elements.
  • 1 cup grapes Use a mix of green and red for added color and sweetness.
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds For a burst of sweetness and vibrant color.
  • 4 pieces Ferrero Rocher chocolates A sweet treat for guests.
  • 1 cup pistachios or any nuts A handful of roasted nuts adds crunch and warmth.
Crackers & Accompaniments
  • 1 pack artisan crisps A must-have for pairing with cheese.
  • 0.5 box any crackers Keep it savory with classic water crackers or add flair with herb-infused options.
  • 2 jars jam Try fig and berry varieties, which are winners on cheese boards!
Presentation
  • 1 bunch lavender For a pleasant floral aroma.
  • 1 bunch rosemary or thyme sprigs Enhances the scent and presentation.

Method

Assembly
  1. Arrange the salami in a circle in the center of your board to form a rose shape.
  2. Slice the brie into triangles and add it to one side of the salami rose.
  3. On the opposite end, arrange the merlot and cranberry cheeses. Crumble a little for added texture.
  4. Fill the gap between the two hard cheeses with artisan crisps.
  5. Add Medjool dates on both sides of the plate, and complement with a cluster of grapes along one side.
  6. Position round crackers beside the brie cheese.
  7. Place the two jars of jam—one by the brie and the other beside the hard cheeses.
  8. Fold the prosciutto into quarters and arrange it alongside of the plate.
  9. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds along the sides and fill in any empty spots.
  10. Add Ferrero Rocher chocolates on one side, complemented by a handful of pistachios.
  11. Garnish with lavender, rosemary, or thyme sprigs.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the board; negative space helps make the arrangement pop. Store leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days.
