Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) according to your dough package instructions.
- On a clean, floured surface, roll out the dough into a large sheet and cut it into small squares, about 3 inches each.
- Place a cocktail sausage at one end of each square and roll it up tightly.
- Lay the rolled sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Generously brush the tops of the rolled sausage delights with the egg wash.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the dough is puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of hours or in the fridge for up to three days. These can also be frozen for up to two months.
