- Place the shredded coconut in a food processor.
- Blend for about 3-5 minutes until it begins to clump together.
- Continue blending, stopping to scrape down the sides, until it transforms into a smooth, liquid texture (10-15 minutes).
- Pour into a clean glass jar and seal.
- Store in the pantry for up to 2 weeks or in the fridge for up to a month.
- Enjoy on toast, in smoothies, or as a dip.
Notes
Make sure your coconut is at room temperature for best results. If clumpy, briefly heat in the microwave to soften before blending. Storage: Always use a clean spoon to prevent contamination.
