- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring gently to coat everything evenly. Allow it to simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and serve hot.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently. Prepare the sauce ahead of time and store it separately in the refrigerator for up to a week.
