Preparation

- In a large bowl, mix together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add these to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Drop dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and centers look slightly underdone.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
