- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the hot chocolate pudding according to package instructions, whisking until it reaches a ribbon consistency.
- In a dish, layer the chocolate cookie crust evenly at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Carefully pour half of the prepared hot chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
- Add another layer of chocolate cookie crust, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture and then the last half of the hot chocolate pudding.
- Top with whipped topping and scatter mini marshmallows generously over the top.
Chilling
- Refrigerate the lasagna for a few hours or until set. Serve chilled for the best experience.
Notes
For the best texture, make the dessert a day ahead. Store properly in an airtight container and it will last up to 4-5 days.
