Hot Chocolate Filling
  • 1 package hot chocolate pudding mix Use a high-quality dark chocolate mix for more flavor.

Topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, prepare the hot chocolate pudding according to package instructions, whisking until it reaches a ribbon consistency.
  3. In a dish, layer the chocolate cookie crust evenly at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  5. Carefully pour half of the prepared hot chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
  6. Add another layer of chocolate cookie crust, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture and then the last half of the hot chocolate pudding.
  7. Top with whipped topping and scatter mini marshmallows generously over the top.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate the lasagna for a few hours or until set. Serve chilled for the best experience.

Notes

For the best texture, make the dessert a day ahead. Store properly in an airtight container and it will last up to 4-5 days.
