Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, blend the Boursin, cream cheese, mozzarella, and 1 tablespoon of hot honey until smooth.
- Lightly oil a small baking dish and transfer the cheese mixture into it, smoothing the top.
Baking
- Drizzle the remaining hot honey over the top. Sprinkle with thyme and red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until edges are bubbly and top is golden brown.
Serving
- Crack fresh black pepper over the top and garnish with an extra drizzle of hot honey. Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be prepared a day in advance and frozen for up to a month.
