  • 1 package Boursin Cheese (5.2 ounces, Garlic & Fine Herbs) Opt for high-quality for the best flavor.
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Ensure it is at room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Provides a stretchy cheese pull.
Flavor Enhancers
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Honey Choose a local brand if possible.
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme (chopped) Adds earthy freshness.
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil Enhances richness and browning.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional) For additional heat.
  • Pinch Salt Balances sweetness.
  • To taste Cracked Black Pepper Final layer of flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, blend the Boursin, cream cheese, mozzarella, and 1 tablespoon of hot honey until smooth.
  3. Lightly oil a small baking dish and transfer the cheese mixture into it, smoothing the top.
Baking
  1. Drizzle the remaining hot honey over the top. Sprinkle with thyme and red pepper flakes, if desired.
  2. Bake for 15–18 minutes until edges are bubbly and top is golden brown.
Serving
  1. Crack fresh black pepper over the top and garnish with an extra drizzle of hot honey. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be prepared a day in advance and frozen for up to a month.
