Method
Cook the Noodles
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions—usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain them thoroughly and set aside.
Preheat the Griddle
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once hot, add the butter to the center and let it melt fully.
Sauté Aromatics
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the melted butter, stirring constantly for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Create the Sauce
- Stir in the brown sugar, then pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix until everything is combined into a glossy, aromatic sauce.
Combine Noodles and Sauce
- Toss the cooked noodles into the sauce on the griddle and stir constantly to coat them evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cook the Egg
- Increase the griddle heat to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Push the noodles to one side and crack the egg onto the empty area. Scramble the egg and fold it into the noodles once it’s mostly cooked through.
Serve
- Transfer the noodle mixture to a serving bowl, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, and serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on stovetop.
