  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree Use pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling.
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey Local honey adds a floral note.
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract For a burst of sweetness.
  • 1 scoop protein powder Orgain Plant-Based Protein is recommended.
  • 0.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • 1 pinch salt Optional but enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend all ingredients in a small blender until smooth, about 30 seconds. Adjust sweetness or spice to taste.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint, secure the lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours (48 hours for creamier texture).
Processing
  1. Remove the pint from the freezer; level off any bumps.
  2. Insert the pint into the Ninja Creami, lock the lid, and select 'Lite Ice Cream' setting.
  3. After the first spin, mix the ice cream with a spoon for even consistency, then 'Re-spin' for an ultra-smooth texture if needed.
Serving & Storage
  1. Serve immediately or store in the freezer, leveling off the top for easy remixes next time.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the pint and keep the lid sealed tightly to prevent absorbing freezer odors.
