Processing
- Remove the pint from the freezer; level off any bumps.
- Insert the pint into the Ninja Creami, lock the lid, and select 'Lite Ice Cream' setting.
- After the first spin, mix the ice cream with a spoon for even consistency, then 'Re-spin' for an ultra-smooth texture if needed.
Serving & Storage
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer, leveling off the top for easy remixes next time.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the pint and keep the lid sealed tightly to prevent absorbing freezer odors.
