Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle—about 12x16 inches and a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border (about 1 inch) around the edges.
- Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Layer pepperoni, salami, ham, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and black olives evenly on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Starting from one of the long sides, carefully roll the Stromboli up tightly.
- Place the Stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle additional oregano for garnish.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Allow the Stromboli to cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm with additional marinara for dipping.
Notes
Using fresh ingredients will elevate the taste. You can substitute any of the meats with turkey or chicken for a leaner option. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
