- Spread the cream cheese mixture over each chicken thigh and top with sliced jalapenos, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
