- In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil and a pinch of salt over the chopped kale. Massage the kale with your hands for 2-3 minutes until it softens.
Assembly
- In the same large bowl, add cooked pasta, roasted chickpeas, and Caesar dressing.
- Gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready. Top with grated parmesan or croutons before serving for added texture.
