- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue to beat until fully incorporated, about 1-2 minutes more.
- Mix in the key lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the dip is smooth and evenly colored.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken and chill.
- Before serving, sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top or serve extra crumbs on the side.
Notes
Customize the dip with different citrus juices or mix in crushed fruit. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
