  • 1 cup fresh mango puree Use ripe mango for best flavor
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative like almond or oat milk) Can be substituted with any type of milk
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (such as honey or sugar, to taste) Adjust sweetener according to preference
  • Ice cubes Ice cubes For serving

Preparation
  1. Begin by boiling the water in a kettle. Just before it reaches a rolling boil, turn off the heat.
  2. Add the jasmine tea leaves to the hot water, allowing it to steep for about 5 minutes. Strain the tea and set aside to cool.
  3. In a blender, combine the cooled jasmine tea, fresh mango puree, milk, and your choice of sweetener. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes, pouring the blended mixture over the ice, then stir lightly before enjoying your refreshing summer drink.

Notes

Present in a clear glass to showcase the color, garnished with a slice of fresh mango or a sprig of mint. Pairs well with light summer snacks. Can be made vegan or gluten-free by substituting ingredients as needed.
