Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to make the marinade.
  3. Rub the marinade all over the beef tenderloin and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Pour the beef broth into the skillet around the tenderloin.
  3. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the beef rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  5. Slice the beef and serve with pan juices drizzled over the top.
