  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt Adds additional moisture and protein.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt To bring out the flavors.
  • 1/3 cup everything bagel seasoning A delightful mix of seeds and spices.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour and salt, whisking to ensure no lumps remain.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt into your dry ingredients. Use a spatula to mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 16 equal portions and roll each into a tight ball.
  5. Roll each ball in the everything bagel seasoning to coat evenly.
  6. Arrange the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 1 inch apart.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch.
  2. Let cool on the pan for 30 minutes before serving.
