  • 1 can 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk High-quality brand like Eagle Brand recommended.
  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut Unsweetened shredded coconut preferred.
  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs Can use pre-made or crush about 9 full graham crackers.
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter Unsalted butter at room temperature recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract Use pure vanilla extract for better flavor.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs For rolling the balls in.

Preparation
  1. Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: Gradually add 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1 1/2 cups coconut, and 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips to the mixture. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Chill the Mixture: Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Shape the Balls: Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  5. Coat in Graham Crumbs: Roll each ball in the additional 1/2 cup graham crumbs until well-coated.
  6. Final Chill: Place the rolled balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to an hour.
  7. Store: Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Double the batch for parties! They freeze beautifully. Chill the mixture properly to make rolling easier.
