  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Look for full-fat cream cheese for the richest flavor.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Sifted for a smoother incorporation.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Use pure vanilla extract for the best taste.
  • 1 cup whipped topping Can substitute with freshly whipped cream.
Coating and Decoration
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Crush honey or cinnamon graham crackers for added flavor.
  • to taste chocolate or caramel sauce Opt for high-quality sauce or make your own.
  • as needed Christmas sprinkles For festive decoration.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish and roll each cheesecake ball in the crumbs until fully coated.
  6. Place the coated bites on a serving platter.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce and finish off with festive Christmas sprinkles.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to help them firm up.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. These bites can also be frozen, layered with parchment paper to prevent sticking. They can be made 2 days in advance and chilled until serving.
