- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth.
- Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish and roll each cheesecake ball in the crumbs until fully coated.
- Place the coated bites on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce and finish off with festive Christmas sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to help them firm up.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. These bites can also be frozen, layered with parchment paper to prevent sticking. They can be made 2 days in advance and chilled until serving.
