  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Creates a silky smooth filling.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream Adds lightness to the filling.
  • green food coloring Add until desired color is achieved.
For Topping
  • additional whipped cream for topping

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined, resembling wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie pan to form a sturdy crust. Use the back of a measuring cup to pack it tightly.
  3. In another mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until silky smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream, then add green food coloring until the desired festive hue is reached.
  5. Pour the vibrant green filling over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, top with additional whipped cream and sprinkle with red sprinkles or crushed candy canes.

Notes

For a healthier option, substitute refined sugar with monk fruit sweetener, or use Greek yogurt in place of half the cream cheese for added protein. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
