- Gently fold in the whipped cream, then add green food coloring until the desired festive hue is reached.
- Pour the vibrant green filling over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with additional whipped cream and sprinkle with red sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute refined sugar with monk fruit sweetener, or use Greek yogurt in place of half the cream cheese for added protein. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
