Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 20 cookies Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste if you prefer less sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought) Heavy whipping cream works well.
  • Additional crushed Oreos for topping Use as much as desired for decoration.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of serving cups.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust, sprinkling crushed Oreos in between layers.
  5. Top with more crushed Oreos, cover, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve in clear cups to showcase the layers. Pair with milk or coffee for enjoyment.
