Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars and chopped peanuts until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then drizzle warm caramel sauce over the top. Optionally sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chocolate chips.
- Let them cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for a week. Freeze for up to 3 months.
