Preparation
- Dip the rim of two martini glasses in chocolate syrup, ensuring a good coat. Then, dip them into the crushed candy canes, allowing a festive rim to form. Set aside.
Mixing
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the vodka, Kahlua, cooled espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract.
- Securely close the shaker and shake well for about 60 seconds until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
Serving
- Strain and divide the mixture evenly between the prepared glasses. As a finishing touch, garnish each drink with three espresso beans on top.
