Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside to cool. Shred the cooked chicken, and wash and chop the lettuce. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Combine the Chicken Mixture
  1. In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth, and adjust seasoning as needed.
