  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated) Going fresh makes a huge difference.
  • 1/3 cup Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs You can make your own or buy store-bought.
  • 1 Egg Egg Make sure it’s at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin olive oil is the best choice.

  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, finely diced onion, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, Parmesan cheese, and gluten-free breadcrumbs. Mix gently and thoroughly, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Add the Egg: Beat the egg in a small bowl and pour it into the turkey mixture, folding it in gently.
  4. Form Meatballs: Roll the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1.5 tablespoons each, and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Add Olive Oil: Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs.
Cooking
  1. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 22-30 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
