Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and whisk until evenly mixed.
- In another bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently with a spatula until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the bars in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out using the parchment overhang and cool completely before slicing.
- Cut into desired bar sizes and enjoy.
Notes
Avoid overmixing to prevent dry bars. Check for doneness; if unsure, err on the side of underbaking.
