- Run a slice of tangerine or orange around the rim of a rocks glass. Dip the rim into a mixture of sugar and cinnamon to create a festive edge. Fill the glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, tequila, orange liqueur, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper. Taste along the way.
- Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid tightly. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until everything is well-chilled and combined.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.
- If desired, top off with a splash of ginger beer for added fizz.
- Finish with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of rosemary for aromatic flair.
Notes
Don’t skip the rim dipping for that extra festive touch! Adjust the honey if the cocktail is too sweet.
