- Gather your blender, ingredients, and a spatula for easy scraping.
- Place the soaked cashews, water, lemon juice (if using), garlic, nutritional yeast, and Sriracha into your blender.
- Blend until smooth, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust spice if needed. If too thick, add additional water, one tablespoon at a time.
- If the sauce is too watery, add an extra tablespoon of cashews and blend again.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 6 days.
