  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, green onions, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  4. Generously fill each fillet with the flavorful cream cheese mixture, letting it mound slightly.
  5. Drizzle each stuffed fillet with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Serve warm alongside your favorite roasted vegetables or a light pasta dish.

Notes

To reheat leftovers, place the salmon in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes. Avoid microwave reheating as it can lead to a rubbery texture.
