Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe mangoes Look for ones that are slightly soft to the touch with a sweet aroma.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Use fresh, high-quality heavy cream for a truly indulgent texture.
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk Adds the perfect amount of sweetness and creaminess.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Opt for pure vanilla extract for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup milk Whole milk will give you the creamiest result; or use almond milk for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavor and balances sweetness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces. Then, blend them in a blender until they form a smooth puree. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, milk, and a pinch of salt. Whisk or use an electric mixer on low to blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Churning
  1. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker, and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, typically 20-25 minutes.
Freezing
  1. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
Serving
  1. Scoop into bowls and enjoy the creamy mango delight.

Notes

For the best results, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing. Store leftover ice cream in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
