Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Stir until well combined, resembling wet sand.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan evenly.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until slightly golden and fragrant.
Topping
- Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the surface.
- Top generously with mini marshmallows and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days, or freeze wrapped in plastic for longer storage. Use a sharp, warm knife to cut cleanly.
