Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined, about 1 minute.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed pretzels, potato chips, M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles using a spatula.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Dough can be prepared ahead of time and frozen. Resting period after baking helps them maintain structure.
