- Fill each jalapeño half generously with cream cheese.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño half with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a minute and serve warm.
Notes
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispness. You can prepare jalapeños in advance and store them in the fridge until ready to bake.
