  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Freshly squeezed lime juice brightens the flavor beautifully.
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional) Adjust based on the sweetness of your watermelon.

  1. Place the frozen watermelon chunks in a blender. Allow them to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before starting.
  2. Add lime juice and honey/agave syrup (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to a freezer-safe container to freeze.
  6. Scoop into bowls and enjoy. Garnish with fresh mint or lime zest if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. For the best flavor and texture, consume quickly.
