- Melt the white chocolate: Place the chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir and return for 15-second intervals until smooth.
- Mix in the ingredients: Add cranberries, pecans, salt, and vanilla to the melted chocolate, stirring until coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets, aiming for tablespoon-sized dollops.
- Chill to set for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator or let cool at room temperature.
- Serve or package as gifts.
