- In a large pitcher, muddle the mint leaves with sugar and lime juice to release the flavors, gently for about 30 seconds.
- Slowly whisk in the white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk until fully combined.
- Fill four glasses halfway with ice and then pour the coconut rum mixture until each glass is about 3/4 full.
- Top each glass with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.
- Garnish with fresh mint and a sprinkle of pomegranate arils.

Notes
If preferred, strain out the mint leaves for a smoother drink.
