Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties, making sure to pack them tightly.
  5. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If baking, drizzle with olive oil for extra flavor.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. If using an air fryer, cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy.
  2. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy the flavor explosion!

Notes

For added nutritional value, consider mixing in chopped spinach or kale. You can also use whole wheat or gluten-free breadcrumbs as an alternative.
